The reason we change our process shipment policy from 3-5 working days to 5-7 workings. reason we had buyers who try to cheating us by PayPal's un-safety lope holes for seller.

Example, buyer paid PayPay payment (event instant payment) to seller, seller ship item. Buyer reversed payment, we lost item, shipping fees, ebay fees and others funds.

To protect us, we need more time to clear your payment, This is the only way to protect ourselves.

Buyer made beautiful payment below, (of course we can't capture the payment without words "reversed"
After we sent item out, we received PayPal message and withdraw fund from our account. PayPal DID NOT PAY our losts. (Below is proved!)
This buyer is not only treat us it also treating others seller now!
